Suppose you would really love to be able to set aside time in your busy, hectic life to somehow let go of your worries, cares and concerns on a regular basis. Where do you manage to carve out, number one, some time, some quiet time to simply relax, breathe consciously, and quiet your mind? It can seem a monumental task to even consider finding the time. That is why Yoga teaches us that the life of a householder is the most challenging path for a Yoga practitioner. Living a devotional life as a householder does not need to be complicated. It can be as simple as finding a quiet, comfortable place to sit and simply be present with yourself. This class offers some valuable, easy to use suggestions on how to devote a little time on a regular basis to a contemplative practice. You will emerge from your practice feeling refreshed, renewed, and cleansed.
