Fastest Ways To Cleanse Your Lymphatic System At Home
• Drink Water. Firstly, perhaps the fastest and cheapest way to cleanse your lymphatic system is by staying hydrated. ...
• Breathe Deeply. ...
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. ...
• Dry Brush. ...
✨There are three primary functions of the lymphatic system: first is the maintenance of fluid balance, second is the facilitation of the absorption of dietary fats from the gastrointestinal tract to the bloodstream for metabolism or storage, and third is the enhancement and facilitation of the immune system.
In this session our Focus will be stimulation and helping lymphatic drainage of the head, face and neck (lymph nodes and vessels).
ATTENTION: If you massage your face too hard you could damage the skin, if you find that it is gripping, place a little oil on your fingertips (or whatever part of the hand you were using) so that you have a smoother gliding motion. Because lymphatic capillaries are in the dermis your massage is gentle, you gently manipulate certain areas with only light touch.
The massaging technique promotes the movement of lymphatic fluid which therefore reduces swelling and puffiness in the face. Additionally, the massage encourages the delivery of oxygen around the face as well as improved hydration to the skin cells leading to a much healthier and glowing complexion.
This focused type of massage is recommended to (only) be done once or twice a week.
All LiL classes are recorded so don't worry if you missed a live class, simply register at your convenience and watch the class on demand as many times as you want.

*Lymphatic drainage massage is typically considered safe and low-risk. However, this technique may not be safe for people with conditions that can move lymphatic fluid back to the heart or kidneys. These conditions include: Blood clots.
**Few people have negative reactions to lymphatic drainage massage. Some people, however, complain of headaches, nausea and fatigue. When that happens, you should ask your healthcare provider about managing your side effects.
