This session is a guide to Proper breathing for better heath and overall wellbeing.
Are you breathing properly?
Seems like a strange question to ask doesn't it? Breathing comes so naturally, most don't even give any thought to it.
Are you breathing deeply enough? Are you breathing from your diaphragm? Are you paying attention to how you breathe?
So, why is deep breathing so important? Proper breathing is important to your overall health: physical, mental and emotional, and its mindfulness can even have a profound effect on spiritual well being.
Did you know that improper breathing can adversely affect your digestion and weight, and that by retraining how you breathe, it can help with tummy issues and weight loss?
In this 1-hour session, we will begin with the health benefits of proper breathing, but because we are who we are, it is imperative to also present to you, the spiritual aspect of the breath and the ability to connect with your divine spirit.
We will demonstrate and practice several proven techniques for health and wellness (physical, mental, emotional) and a couple for your spiritual journey.
