Dr Ainsley Deer - Psychologist (Jamaica)

Dr. Ainsley Deer is a Jamaican Psychologist and International Management Consultant, with over 30 years’ experience in his field. Companies and Associates in several countries have benefitted from his business acumen, having conducted major assignments for several leading client organizations in the private and public sector locally and regionally.

He is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Training Dynamics and Consultants Limited (TD&C). In this capacity, he custom designs and delivers talks, seminars and consulting services in diverse areas such as Change Management, Psychological Assessment, Leadership, Employee Development, Performance Management, Service Excellence, Motivation, Stress Management, Strategic Development, Sales Management, Customer Care and Team Building.

In addition to the MPhil and PhD in Occupational and Clinical Psychology, he also holds a Masters Degree in Medical Parasitology and a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Salford University.

Ms. Marcia Celestine - Psychotherapist (Trinidad and Tobago)

Marcia Celestine is the holder of a Master’s Degree in Family Therapy from Kings College, Institute of Psychiatry London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from University of the West Indies - Mona, Jamaica. She worked in the Social Work sector for ten (10) years before emigrating to the UK in 1998.

She is the Director of N.I.C. International Consultancy Services. She is a qualified Couples, Family and Systemic Psychotherapist, Systemic Supervisor and Social Worker.

With over thirty (30) years of experience working in the Caribbean and the UK, Ms. Celestine has worked with statutory services and in private practice. She has also provided EAP and employee wellbeing services to local public sector and private organizations.

Mr Anthony Jemmott- Psychiatric Nurse, UK

Anthony Jemmott is a Trinidadian who emigrated to the UK 30 + years ago. He is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a BSc Hons Medical Biochemistry, Adv Dip Family Focused Interventions, and a Professional Graduate Certificate in Post Compulsory Education (PGCE).

He is qualified as a Registered Nurse in Mental Health in 2001 from St Bartholomew’s School of Nursing and Midwifery (City University)
