Join Mona for a series of meditation experiences in November, in preparation for the holiday season. Get some new tools to work with your own mind.
Each week we will explore a new meditation technique. The schedule is:
- November 2nd: Breath Awareness
- November 9th: Shamata (calm abiding)
- November 16th: Metta (loving kindness)
- November 23rd: Japa (mantra repetition)
- November 30th: Walking
If you're new to meditation, curious about it, interested in trying some different approaches, or you have tons of experience and practice - join our meditation exploration.
