Suitable for fatigue and symptoms flare days, this series of previously recorded yoga classes allows students to practice gentle movement and stretching from the comforts of their bed or bedroom.
Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga, which allows yogis to find their appropriate depth and then find stillness for longer periods between poses. This is perfect for supporting chronic fatigue and symptoms flare days.
