Managing Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia is designed to help those suffering from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia to better manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. This course will provide an overview of the causes and symptoms of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, as well as strategies for managing them. We will discuss lifestyle changes, such as diet and exercise, that can help reduce symptoms, as well as alternative therapies and herbs that may be beneficial. We will also explore the emotional and psychological aspects of living with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, and how to cope with the challenges they present. Finally, we will discuss how to create a support system and find resources to help manage the condition.
