Remote Reiki Healing - Spring Clean

Join Sarah, the Long Haul Yogi, for the next Remote Reiki Healing session here on Learn it Live. This session is a 'Spring Clean' following the Spring Equinox / Solstice and during 'Eclipse Season'. Sarah will be focusing on your Mental and Emotional body and offering you the opportunity to energetically clean away anything that is no longer serving you.

Sarah will use sound healing and some guided meditation and breathwork to relax you for the Reiki healing. The Reiki session will be roughly 30 minutes, with time for a quick chat afterwards.

This session will be conducted entirely online, and is use-able whether you are attending live, or watching the recording later. Reiki energy moves across time and space. The recorded session is just as effective as the live session.

This is suitable for anyone interested in their own healing - and it doesn't matter at all whether you know anything about Reiki. It will still work fine!
