Ghosts of Christmas Meditation

No bah humbug here. In the spirit of Christmas and the beloved story of A Christmas Carol, I am offering this humbling meditation.

In this guided meditation, we'll visit the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. Maybe this experience will change you, like it did for Ebenezer Scrooge.

Have your journal near by so you can write down what you get while it's fresh in your mind. Come for insight and revelations. Open your heart and spirit and see where this journey takes you.
