Shivaratri celebrates the Hindu God Shiva - who represents endings and destruction as well as purity of consciousness. Shivaratri is an opportunity to pray for the removal of any consciousness that holds us back from being our most authentic, shiny, empowered and happy selves. When the old is cleared away, the new can flourish and thrive. We ask Shiva to lift our consciousness and grant us new inspiration at a higher vibration than we've been before.
We will begin with a flower puja at 6.00 London time and then a Shivaratri meditation at 7.00pm.
